It has been discovered that the "QP Compressor Attached AC Adapter (product number: CL-02)" that we have been selling does not comply with the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act in the following respects.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.

Correction and replacement of PSE markings

It was discovered that the products were being sold without the registered business name, "NA LLC," being listed.
To date, no accidents have been reported in connection with the use of this product.

We believe there will be no problems if you continue to use the product as is, but if you have concerns about the impact, please contact us at the address listed below.

How to check the applicable products

The AC adapter for the affected product (product number: CL-02) does not have the company name "NA LLC" printed on it, as it should.
If the company name is not listed, the product is subject to this issue.

For customers who wish to send, collect or exchange stickers

In response to the correction of the PSE marking, we are taking the following measures.
・We will send you the corrected label sticker (you can apply it yourself)
If you wish, we can also collect the product and exchange it for an officially labeled product.
