No air comes out
To determine whether the compressor, air valve joint, or handpiece is causing the problem, please check the following three steps after charging the battery.
① Check that the compressor is operating normally and discharging air when nothing is connected to it. If it does, the problem lies with the air valve joint or handpiece. If it does not, the drive mechanism inside the compressor may be damaged.
② (If air is discharged using step ①) Next, connect only the air valve joint to the compressor and check whether air is discharged when you press the protrusion on the top of the air valve joint. If air is discharged, the problem lies in the handpiece. If air is not discharged, the air valve joint may not be moving properly or paint may be stuck inside.
③ (If you are discharging air using step ②) Connect the handpiece and press the trigger button to check if air is being discharged from the tip of the nozzle. If air is not being discharged, there may be a problem such as paint being clogged inside the handpiece or the needle fixing nut not being tightened. Please have the machine overhauled.
