Gargle
1. Loose nozzle, nozzle cap, or head assembly
If the head assembly is even slightly loose, air will flow back, causing a gargling sound. First, check that the head assembly is tightly fastened and tighten it firmly so that there is no looseness. If this does not improve the situation, check that the nozzle, nozzle cap, needle cap, and head parts are not loose.
2. Dirt on each part of the handpiece
- Is there any paint remaining on the nozzle cap or needle tip?
- Please check that the tip of the nozzle is not clogged with paint. Also, check that the nozzle is not cracked or deformed.
- Is the O-ring attached to the nozzle properly? Check to see if it is cracked or deteriorated.
- Also check that the needle is not bent or dirty.
*Please be careful not to tighten the nozzle too much as it may break easily.
Please try disassembling the entire unit and cleaning it, or replacing the nozzle or needle with a new one, as this may solve the problem.
