About paint dilution
When using paint from various manufacturers with an airbrush, it is necessary to dilute the paint rather than use it as is. Although this will vary depending on the type and ingredients, the diameter of the airbrush nozzle, the air pressure, and the time that has passed since opening, the general guideline is to add 2 to 3 parts solvent to 1 part paint.

When actually working with paint, add the solvent little by little with a dropper and adjust the concentration by mixing with the toning stick. The ideal consistency is about the same as milk, so that the paint drips slightly over the edge of the dish. We also strongly recommend using the paint manufacturer's dedicated thinner (solvent) as a set.

*Please be careful when using lacquer-based paints, as they will harden if you add water before use or wash them with water after use.
*It may be difficult to use with special water-based paints such as metallic colors, surfacers under 1200, top coats, and acrylic paints, as the pressure may be insufficient and large particles may easily clog the nozzle.
If the dilution is not successful and the paint becomes clogged, please refer to the video below to disassemble and clean the hose.
If the problem persists even after disassembly and cleaning, please consider purchasing the handpiece separately. We also offer inspection and repair services for a fee. If you would like to have your handpiece inspected and repaired, please contact us using the inquiry form below, stating your order number at the time of purchase.
